Online Payment

Our billing system is secured and supports the following online payment methods:

  1. Credit card – Visa and Mastercard
  2. PayPayl
  3. Sepa Bank Transfer
  4. iDeal (Netherlands)
  5. Bancontact (Belgium)
  6. Giropay (Germany)

Your payment and personal information are totally secured throughout the entire process. Most of these methods result in immediate transaction. In some cases the transfer of funds from your bank account to ours may take up to 72 hours. We will start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment.



We offer FREE shipping on all orders to The Netherlands. We also offer FREE shipping to Germany and Belgium on orders above €49. For orders to Germany and Belgium which are below €49 our shipping and handling fees are €8.90.

Our shipping partners are PostNL and DPD. We try to ship the same or next day.

Orders of up to €49 euros are shipped in a padded envelope. Orders above €49 euros are shipped in a box with tracking information.

After receiving your payment we will process your order and ship within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). If you place an order on the weekend, in most cases it will be shipped on Monday, but sometimes it may take another day or two. We ship with PostNL.

We pack each order carefully to ensure it does not get damaged during transport. In the rare occasion that you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of the damaged package and/or product and get it touch with us as soon as possible – [email protected].



If you want to return a product you purchased, or exchange it for something else, please send us an email with your details to [email protected] indicating the order number of the item which you wish to return/exchange. If you return a product in a completely new condition, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days, we will refund the amount to your account or send you the replacement product you requested. Please note however, that the costs of shipment for items returned or exchanged are incurred on the customer, unless we explicitly agree otherwise. We recommend sending the returned items by registered mail, to ensure we get them back. In the case of replacement it is also possible to come to one of the ‘t Oorzaakje stores and exchange the product there. In such a case please bring the product with you, as well as your proof of purchase/invoice.

Important: For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of earrings.
